Point Redemption for Raffle Tickets :
Members can redeem one Lunar New Year raffle ticket for every 15 points in the “APP exclusive offers section.” Each member account can redeem up to five raffle tickets through point redemption.

Important Notes:

1. Each transaction amount is counted toward a single member account. Splitting bills is not allowed.
2. For each transaction of NT$288 or more at participating brands across Taiwan, members will receive one raffle ticket. There is no daily limit on the number of tickets issued. You may make purchases across different brands or stores on the same day, and tickets will be credited to your APP Ticket Wallet based on each transaction amount. Raffle tickets are non-transferable.
3. Raffle ticket issuance is based on the invoice issuance and system data transmission time. Tickets will be sent via the APP system to eligible member accounts. Due to varying network conditions at store locations, ticket delivery may be delayed. If you do not receive your ticket within two days of your transaction, please contact customer service at [email protected] for assistance. Ticket reissuance will be handled during the event period.
4. Winners must ensure their registered name matches their member account or provide valid identification for prize collection.
5. If any member is found to have dishonestly registered multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in this event, the organizer reserves the right to terminate their participation, revoke membership rights, and cancel membership.
6. The raffle ticket qualification period is from January 16, 2024, to February 14, 2024. Purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the raffle.
7. The prize redemption instructions will be sent via email with the [Prize Collection Guidelines].
8. There will be no separate prize notification. Winners must refer to the announcement on the event page and contact the official Facebook page via private message within the designated timeframe to claim their prize. Late claims will be considered forfeited without compensation.
9. All prizes are subject to the warranty and after-sales service provided by the respective product manufacturers. The event organizer is not responsible for any warranty or service after the prize has been claimed.
10. This event qualifies as a game of chance. According to the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China, if the fair market value of a prize exceeds NT$1,000, the prize value must be included in the winner’s Individual Income Tax return, and the organizer will issue a Withholding Tax Statement in accordance with tax regulations. If the winner is an individual residing in the Republic of China and the prize value exceeds NT$20,000 (inclusive), the winner must prepay a 10% tax on winnings. For “non-resident individuals of the Republic of China” (meaning nationals or foreigners who have resided in Taiwan for less than 183 days), a 20% tax on winnings will be withheld, regardless of the prize amount. Winners must provide a payment receipt, a copy of their National Identification Card/Passport, and complete a Personal Income Summary Form. The required tax must be remitted to the event organizer’s designated account before the prize can be delivered, thereby completing the prize collection process. The organizer will then issue a Withholding Tax Statement to the winner. If the winner is a minor, a Household Registration Transcript and a Consent Letter from the legal guardian must be provided. If the winner refuses to prepay the required tax (cash), they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and eligibility, without the right to dispute. Any taxes incurred from participating in this event are the legal responsibility of the winner and unrelated to the event organizer. If there are any updates or changes to the aforementioned tax regulations, the revised provisions shall apply.
